The 5th law of the Laws of Noah concerns Theft.

Only text in light-blue are from authoritive sources expressive of the absolute obligations upon the nations of the world.  Anything else represents either my own elucidations of the law at hand or something from another source not absolutely binding on the nations of the world.

The following is the codification of the Sanhedrin's clarification of this prohibition as put forth by RAMBAM in the Mishneh Torah, Sefer Shoftim, Hilkhoth Melakhim u'Milhamotheihem 9:13 [9]

A ben Noah is liable for stealing, whether he stole from the one from among the idolators or from one from among Israel.  The person liable for stealing is liable whether he stole by force, or stole money, or kidnapped.  One is liable whether one holds back from paying an employee's salary or any similar thing.  Even a worker who eats (produce that he is working with) at a time that he is not working (with that same produce), is liable for stealing.  In all these situations one is liable and is considered a theif.

A ben Noah is liable for stealing even if he stole something worth less than the smallest form of currency.  Thusly, if one ben Noah stole something less than the smallest currency, and another ben Noah stole that from him, they are both to be put to death for the theft.
