THE PROCLAMATION

There is One Absolute Transcendent Creator Alone.

Independent, Incomparable, Incorporeal;  We speak of "Him" only via metaphor (Hosea 12:10) or in reference to "His" Will done on earth - "His" mighty deeds (Psalm 19).  He has no parts, location, or form - neither male, female, or otherwise.

"..the L-RD is our G-d, the L-RD is One." (Deuteronomy 6:4)

"To whom could you liken Me and consider Me equal, or compare Me, that we would be similar?" (Isaiah 46:5)

"Guard yourselves greatly, your souls; for you did not see any form on the day the L-RD spoke to you in Horev from within the fire,... the pattern of male or female."  (Deuteronomy 4:15-16)

"Would 'G-d' actually dwell on earth with mankind?  For behold, the heavens, even the highest heavens, can not contain you;  how much less this house [the Temple] I have built?"  (2nd Chronicles 6:18)  -- How much less can a human body contain You, a human body which itself can be contained in that same house (the Temple)?  "And Jes'us was walking in the Temple..." (John 10:23)

"..I, the L-RD, do not change.." (Malachi 3:6)

"He" Does Not Change and Is Not Self-Contradicting

The L-RD is Immutable and Consistent;  "He" is complete in "His" perfection just as "He" is;  "His" perfection is such that it is immune from all things; "His" perfection is so great that it has no need for improvement; as such - "He" does not change; Nothing can overpower "Him" so as to influence change in "Him," and there is no need which is greater than "He" already is, - "He" does not change, for He has no need to change, and it - with all things - are "beneath" "His" Greatness.

"For I am the L-RD and I do not change, therefore you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed." (Malachi 3:6)

"..You remain the same.." (Psalm 102:27)

"He" Revealed His Commandments from the Beginning.

To Adam "He" commanded "His" foundational laws and commandments.  Noah received the 7th.  Abraham upheld them, and with his household an 8th was given as an eternal covenant.

"The beginning of Thy word is truth; and all Thy judgments endure forever." (Psalm 119:160)

"...Abraham obeyed Me and observed My charge, My commandments, My statutes and My laws."(Genesis 26:5)

"You must circumcise a male whether born to your household or bought with your money,  and it shall be a covenant with your flesh, as an everlasting covenant." (Genesis 17:13)

Religious Devotion to the One Creator Alone

Direct religious practices to the Almighty alone, without the use of mediators or "partners."  Nothing should distract us from glorifying "Him," nor have a share in "His" worship.  This is the 'way of salvation,' the gate of truth to life everlasting.

"I am the L-RD, that is My name; and My glory I will not give to another, or my praise to carved images." (Isaiah 42:8)

"The dead do not praise the L-RD, nor any that go down in silence; but we will bless the L-RD from now until forever.  Hallelu Y'ah!  (You should praise Y'ah! [Y'ah is a term for the Transcendent Creator])" (Psalm 115:17-18

"And when they will say unto you, 'Inquire of the ghosts (ovoth) and of the familiar spirits (yeed'onim), those that chirp and that mutter: [Say] -Shouldn't a people inquire of their Powerful-Authority ('G-d');  For the living [one goes] to the dead?  To the Torah, even to the Testimony!  If they don't speak according to this Word, there is no light of dawn (idiom: truth) to it."  (Isaiah 8:19-20)

"...You should not have / [consider] other powers (alohim) before Me;  You should not make a three-dimensional image (pasal), or any representation of that which is in the heavens above, or that is among the earth below, or that is in the water, which is lower than the land.  You should not prostrate to them, and you should not give them service, for I am the L-RD your All-powerful Authority, a jealous Powerful Authority..."  (Exodus 20:2-4 [3-5])

"Guard yourselves greatly, your souls; for you did not see any form on the day the L-RD spoke to you in Horev from within the fire, lest you become corrupt making for yourselves a graven image (pasal), [or] the form of any representation, the pattern of male or female."  (Deuteronomy 4:15-16)

The World Forsook "Him," Forsaking "His" Commandments.

Idolatry and Sabianism, "Christ" misrepresented, Islam - inventing contradictory innovations as though "He" has lied.  The Nations 'eyes' are veiled.

"Why have nations conspire and the peoples meditate emptiness?" (Psalm 2:1)

"The nations have sunk down into the pit that they have made; their own foot is caught in the net which they hid." (Psalm 9:15)

"O L-RD, my strength, and my stronghold, and my refuge, in the day of affliction, unto Thee shall the nations come from the ends of the earth, and shall say: 'Our fathers have inherited nothing but falsehood, emptiness, and things wherein there is no profit.'" (Jeremiah 16:18 [19])

"The L-RD of armies will prepare a lavish banquet for all nations on this mountain; A banquet of old wine, choice pieces with marrow, and refined, aged wine. 7 And on this mountain He will swallow up the covering which covers all the peoplehoods, even the veil which is stretched over all the nations. 8 He will swallow up death for all time, and the L-rd G-D will wipe away tears from all faces, and He will remove the reproach of His People from all the earth; For the L-RD has spoken." (Isaiah 25:6)

"He" Selected a People with Special Laws to Preserve Them.

"His" People and Law Forever Unconditionally, Never to be Replaced.

"Then He confirmed it to Jacob as a statute, to Israel as an everlasting covenant, saying, 'To you I shall give the Land of Canaan, as the portion of your inheritance,'"  (Psalm 105:10-11)

"Not because of your righteousness or the uprightness of your heart are you coming to possess their land;  but due to the wickedness of those nations, the TRANSCENDENT L-RD your Powerful Authority is driving them out from before you, for the sake of establishing the matter which the TRANSCENDENT L-RD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob (Israel)."  (Deuteronomy 9:5)

"Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, as the TRANSCENDENT L-RD my Powerful Authority commanded me - that you should do them within the Land..." (Deuteronomy 4:5)

"...the hidden things belong to the L-RD our G-d, but that which is revealed belongs to us and our sons forever to do all the words of this Torah."  (Deuteronomy 29:29)

"Thus says the L-RD: If heaven above could be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, then also would I cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, says the L-RD." (Jeremiah 31:36)

"His" Prophets Uphold "His" Law, the Torah of Moses

"But that prophet or that dreamer of dreams must be put to death, because he has instructed rebellion against the L-RD your G-d.....seducing you from the way in which the L-RD your G-d commanded you to walk. So you shall purge the wickedness from among you." (Deuteronomy 13:5) "...heed the voice of the L-RD your G-d, by keeping all His commandments which I [Moses] am commanding you today, and doing what is right in the sight of the L-RD your G-d."  (Deuteronomy 13:18)

"Thou shalt remember the Torah ('Law') of Moses my servant, which I commanded him at Horev regarding all Israel, [the] statutes and the judgments.  Behold, I am sending to you Elijah the prophet - preceeding the coming of the great and fearsome Day of the L-RD." (Malachi 3:22-23)

"He" Will Restore the World to Truth (Original Monotheism)

"All the ends of the earth shall remember and return unto the L-RD; and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before Thee." (Psalm 22:28)

"Thus says the L-RD of hosts: In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold, out of all the languages of the nations, shall even take hold of the skirt-corner of him that is Jewish, saying: We will go with you, for we have heard that G-d is with you.'" (Zechariah 8:23)

"At that time they shall call Jerusalem 'The Seat of the L-RD;' and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, for the name of the L-RD, to Jerusalem; neither shall they walk any more after the stubbornness of their evil heart." (Jeremiah 3:17)

"..and every man shall no longer teach his neighbour, or any man his brother, saying: 'Know the L-RD'; for they shall all know Me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, says the L-RD; for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin will I remember no more." (Jeremiah 31:33)

"They shall not harm nor destroy in all My holy mountain; for the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the L-RD, as the waters cover the sea." (Isaiah 11:9)

"And the L-RD shall be King over all the earth; in that day it shall be, "the L-RD is One; and His Name is 'One.'"  (Zechariah 14:9)

There is One Absolute Creator, whose Greatness is beyond our imagination, Whose Essence is beyond investigation, and Who transcends all creation - time and space.  He is sufficient and complete with Himself, and therefore has no need to change, nor does He change, for change occurs only with things subject to time / space.  He, His Existence and Oneness, are all absolute and one in the same.  There is no unity like His Unity, and nothing is comparable to Him.  All expressions, Biblical or otherwise, which speak of Him must be understood as metaphorical, for human language is limited to human perception, and we perceive Him only via the wondrous acts He does in creation by the carrying out of His Will.  He has no body or form of any type, for if it were so He would be comparable to other things and subject to time, space, and change.  His Oneness has no parts, divisions, or distinctions of any type, nor is it a numerical oneness, for all such concepts are applicable to created things, but He is exalted above such lowly conceptions.  We say He is One only to express that He is not more than one.  He created without partners or mediators, and He is to be worshipped without such, for He gives His glory to none else.

This Creator Instructed Mankind from the Beginning concerning his absolute obligations, and the proper path to take in life.  He instructed the first man (Adam) with 6 categorical laws.  After the great flood, He declared an additional 7th absolute law to Noah, to command to his descendents after him.  Therefore these laws, binding on all mankind, are often called the "Noahide Laws" in the English language.

The Almighty Separated unto Himself a Distinct People in order that though the world as a whole might stray from His instruction and loose the clarity of what His commandments relate, there should remain a people chosen and set apart with additional laws beyond the Noahide laws but including the Noahide laws, so as to prevent this same people from intermingling with the nations and thereby preserve the pristine Original Instruction from being diluted and lost from humanity.  This was made so in order that if anyone from among the nations seeks out the Creator's Will and comes upon this selected and distinct people (purposefully put in a selected Land central to the world - Ezekiel 5:5), he will notice that they truly have remained distinct from the nations of the world and from the world's changes, that they alone have a preserved documentation of a direct line of ancestry and instruction preserved from ancient days, from which one who desires can be informed of the Almighty's Will for the world.  So it is said in Zechariah 8:23 "In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold, out of all the languages of the nations, shall even take hold of the skirt-corner of him that is Jewish, saying: We will go with you, for we have heard that G-d is with you.'"  This selected people is Israel, the descendents of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to whom the Almighty promised He would never forsake, but whom He has set apart as His own people forever (2nd Samuel 7:24).  As stated in Deuteronomy 9:4-6, from the beginning the Almighty's covenant with Israel was not based on or dependent upon their righteousness;  though He will never cast away the People of Israel, and "the Almighty is not a man that He should lie, nor a son of man so as to have compunction." (Numbers 23:19)  "For I am 'G-d' and not a man 'in your midst' - the Holy One, and I will not enter a city." (Hosea 11:9)  "For I am the L-RD and I do not change, therefore you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed." (Malachi 3:6)
